By accessing and using QuickBillMaker, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
QuickBillMaker provides online invoicing and billing management services. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
QuickBillMaker uses Stripe Connect to enable users to accept payments for their invoices. When you connect your Stripe account and generate payment links, a 1% platform fee is applied to successful payments. This fee is transparently disclosed when creating payment links. The payment flow is: customer pays full invoice amount → QuickBillMaker receives payment → 1% platform fee is retained → remaining 99% is transferred to your connected Stripe account (minus Stripe's processing fees of 2.9% + $0.30). You are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with payments received through your connected account. Payment processing is optional - users without connected Stripe accounts can manually record payments.
You retain all rights to the data you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. QuickBillMaker does not claim ownership of your content.
You may not use QuickBillMaker to transmit any unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable material, or to engage in any activity that interferes with the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
QuickBillMaker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service.
